ALESYS has developed a powerful professional development curriculum for those staff members who are responsible for performing the following functions in behalf of effective workplace learning:

• Design and Development of Learning Interventions in many media and formats

• Needs Analysis (what to teach and format decisions)

• Measurement of Learning Effectiveness (Levels 1 and 2)

• Data Collection

• Statistical Analysis and Interpretation

This curriculum contains very practical knowledge and skills for application by any workplace learning professional who is asked to perform any of these functions.  It complements ALESYS' Learning Manager Certification^SM curriculum for those who deliver training to others in the workplace.

Learners can accomplish some of this curriculum in a self-study format.  The curriculum includes both paper-based and online components, as well as Facilitator-led modules and programs.  Learners take knowledge assessments after all learning programs, and then complete several practical assignments using the knowledge and skills they have learned in this curriculum.

Successful completion of the practical assignments leads to certification by ALESYS in the skills covered by this curriculum.
